When Amy is disappointed that she won't be able to train as Spartan refuses to go in the trailer, Ty get's an idea. She apologises for their fight before hand and he kisses her grateful to be back. The next morning Jack asks what happened and as Amy is about to tell him the truth when Ty jumps in and takes the blame. Ty finally confesses how he got onto probation, he was beating up and nearly killed his stepdad, repaying him for everything he did when he was younger.He doesn't think that he's changed that much because he would do it again if he could.
